National Projects

- 1000 Üniversitelerin Araştırma ve Geliştirme Potansiyelinin Artırılmasına Yönelik Destek Programı It is aimed to support projects within the scope of call titles that are not aimed at increasing the R&D potential of universities. The project manager is a research with the necessary expertise and experience in the relevant science and / or technology field, making all kinds of scientific, technical, administrative, financial and legal evaluations, signing the project contract with TÜBİTAK, evaluating and publishing with the project sciences and / or transforming it differently. The duration of the projects is 36 months at most. The upper limit of the amount of support that can be given to the projects to be supported by the program is by the Scientific committee test every year. Application periods are determined according to the call schedule.

- 1001 Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programı To support original research projects submitted for the production of new information, scientific interpretation or solving technological problems. The project manager should be permanent staff of the institution proposing the project. University staff must have a doctorate / proficiency in arts / medical specialty (including those working in training and research hospitals). Projects up to 36 months are supported. The upper limit is 360,000 TL. Applications are received twice a year, in March and September.

- 1002 Hızlı Destek Programı Urgent, short-term, small-budget research and development projects are supported. Project coordinators must be working in universities, research hospitals or research institutes on a permanent basis. If the director and researcher to take part in the project team are university personnel, they must have a doctorate / proficiency in arts / specialty in medicine (including those working in training and research hospitals). Projects up to 12 months in duration are supported. Project support upper limit is 30.000 TL. Applications can be made at any time of the year.

- 1003 Öncelikli Alanlar Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı It supports R&D projects with results-oriented, traceable targets in priority areas and ensures coordination between these projects. The project manager should be permanent staff of the institution proposing the project. If the director and researcher to take part in the project team are university personnel, they must have a doctorate / proficiency in arts / specialty in medicine (including those working in training and research hospitals). Support is provided for small-scale projects up to 24 months, medium and large-scale projects up to 36 months. Small-scale projects up to 500,000 TL, medium-sized projects up to 1,000,000 TL and large-scale projects up to 2,500,000 TL are supported. Application periods are determined according to the call schedule.

- 1004 Mükemmeliyet Merkezi Destek Programı It aims to create high-tech platforms where the research infrastructures of higher education institutions can transfer the products / technologies they have developed in cooperation with private sector R&D / Design centers and public R&D units to the private sector. Research universities determined by YÖK and research infrastructures that have been qualified under Law No. 6550 can apply as a Research Program Managing Organization (APYÖK). Projects of up to 12 months are supported. The upper limit of support is 100.000 TL. Application periods are determined according to the call schedule.

- 1005 Ulusal Yeni Fikirler ve Ürünler Araştırma Destek Programı To support applied research and experimental development projects for the purpose of developing products / processes / methods / models that will reduce our technological external dependency and increase competitiveness. The project manager should be permanent staff of the institution proposing the project. The director and researcher who will take part in the project team must have at least a four-year university degree. Projects up to 18 months in duration are supported. Project support upper limit is 200.000 TL. Applications are received twice a year, in March and September.

- 1007 Kamu Kurumları Araştırma ve Geliştirme Projelerini Destekleme Programı Supporting projects aimed at meeting the needs of public institutions that can be met with R&D or solving their problems. Project applications are made directly to TUBITAK by universities, public R&D units, private organizations or consortiums formed by them. If the director and researcher to be included in the project team are university personnel, they must have a doctorate / proficiency in art / medical specialty and sufficient knowledge of the project (publication, project, report, etc.). Projects are supported for up to 48 months. The upper limit of support is determined by the call. Application periods are determined according to the call schedule.

- 3501 Kariyer Geliştirme Programı The scientific studies of doctoral scientists who have just started their careers are supported. The project manager must have a doctorate / proficiency in arts / specialty in medicine (including those working in training and research hospitals). They should not have an academic title of Associate Professor or higher. The application must be made within 7 years following the date of the doctorate / proficiency in art / medical specialty degree. Projects up to 36 months in duration are supported. Project support upper limit is 225.000 TL. Applications can be made at any time of the year.
